Austin Development Alert: Discover the Future of the ATX Skyline!

Today's topic is an exciting new development coming to town.

Empire Square Group's New Project

A development group called Empire Square Group is making a big move in Austin. They have recently acquired a significant amount of land right off of the intersection of Highway 6 and I-35.

This area is currently known as the Grant Plaza.

The Transformation of Grant Plaza

There are currently three buildings in the Grant Plaza area that are scheduled to be demolished. In their place, a massive new structure is coming up.

This new development is planned to be a 78-foot-tall building featuring almost 260 units of residential space, combined with a mixed-use commercial design. The commercial space will include:

• Restaurants
• Bars
• General commercial spaces

A Change to the City's Skyline

The design is centered around a large square with a courtyard in the middle. This project is going to be a substantial development and is sure to change the city skyline, guys!
